- Q: When will my item ship?
- A: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days except for US Postal Holidays.
- Q: How will my item ship?
- A: Your item will ship via USPS Ground Advantage unless you choose Priority Mail at checkout.
- Q: Which Countries or Regions do you ship to?
- A: Currently only to the US via this website, however, if you are outside of the Continental US you can place an order to ship globally via our eBay or Etsy shops and those store links can be found here: LINKTREE
- Q: I have a problem with my order, now what?
- A: Please use the contact form and same as with order shipping, please allow us 1 to 2 business days to get back to you.
- Q: Do you have a brick & mortar store somewhere?
- A: No, we are small family owned part time business with mostly an online presence...we will be doing some in person shows, conventions, flea markets, etc. and the details will be posted in our News & Updates Blog section. (Link on the main page)
- Q: Do you do custom orders?
- A: Not at this time.
- Q: Can I buy in bulk?
- A: Most of our items are handmade in small batches, but if you are looking to purchase multiples of the same item please reach out to us via the Contact Us page .
- Q: Do you accept returns?
- A: Please use the Contact Us page and let us know what the problem is, we will our best to fix whatever the issue is and or try to make it right. As mentioned we are a small business, unlike the big box stores we do not have a try before you buy feature. : )
- Q: My item arrived damaged and now it looks like an elephant sat on it...now what?
